Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 apples, sour, diced
- 1 large banana(s), sliced
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, light (alternatively dark)
- e.g. sugar or sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the vegetables and fruit with soy sauce and lemon juice. Add sugar (or sweetener) to taste.
