Vegan crunchy chocolate dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of yogurt substitute, vegan of your choice
  • 1 apple
  • 50 ml red wine, vegan
  • 1 tbsp, heaped rye flour
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp cornflakes
  • some vegetable margarine
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 22 minutes

Combine the yogurt, rye flour, and cocoa powder in a bowl and stir well. Then dice the apple and add it to a saucepan with the margarine. Fry the apples with the vanilla sugar and finally mix with the red wine to thicken the consistency. The dessert is now ready and you can start layering. You will need four glasses for this. First, add the yogurt to the glasses, then the cornflakes, then the yogurt, then the red wine-infused apples, then the cornflakes again. Finally, refrigerate for an hour. Of course, you can layer the ingredients in any order you like.
