Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg plum(s)
- 200 g sugar
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, juice and grated zest
- possibly carnation(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the plums thoroughly and pit them. Add 200g of sugar to 1kg of plums and bring to a boil while stirring. Add a cinnamon stick, grated lemon zest, lemon juice, and cloves (optional) and bring to a boil.
