Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g peas, frozen
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp yogurt butter
- 2 tbsp cream
- ½ bunch parsley, flat-leaf, leaves finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the peas in the vegetable stock for about five minutes, drain, add the yogurt butter and cream, mash with a potato masher and fold in the parsley.
