Raspberry-Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 5 g almond(s), whole
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Combine the oats, ground almonds, cinnamon, and cardamom in a glass. Top with almond milk, add 3/4 of the raspberries, and mix. Roughly chop the whole almonds and add them to the glass with the remaining raspberries. Let stand for 3 hours, or overnight. 279 kcal per serving.
