Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll (toast roll, e.g. wheat toasties)
  • 3 slice(s) turkey breast (2% fat), thinly sliced
  • 1 piece(s) of cheese (Harzer, approx. 25 g)
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard or processed cheese (0.1%)
  • 1 pinch of garlic salt
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 4 minutes

A delicious toast with meat, melted cheese, and mustard! Super tasty and totally low in calories and fat!

Toast the two halves of the roll until nice and crispy. Then top one half with two slices of turkey breast (or low-fat turkey sausage for spreading), and place the piece of Harzer cheese on the turkey breast. Heat the roll half with the cheese in the microwave for 1 minute at 800 watts until the cheese melts. You can spread the melted cheese all the way to the edge if you like, if it’s not quite even. Then add a pinch of garlic salt to this half and then arrange the salad on top. Now spread mustard or 0.1% fat spreadable cheese on the other half of the roll and fold the halves together. It tastes especially delicious when it’s still warm and the cheese is slightly melted! Super low in calories and fat!
