  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some black pepper, coarsely crushed
  • some black pepper, freshly ground
  • some salt
  • some parsley for decoration
  • some butter
  • 1 slice(s) of brown bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spread the bread slice with butter. Slice the tomato and onion. Place the tomato slices on the bread and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper, then top with cracked black pepper. Slice the onion into rings and place on top. Garnish with parsley.
