Gnocchi with spinach and cheese sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 pkt. Leaf spinach, with mozzarella
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some tomatoes, dried
  • Herbs of Provence

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions. For the sauce, bring the spinach to a boil with a little water, then stir in the cream cheese and season with the spices. If you like, you can also stir in some chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Toss the gnocchi with the sauce.
