  • 8 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegan, quick and easy – a spoon dish that consists almost entirely of apples, but which tastes similar to strudel

Peel, core, and dice the apples. Only use the baking soda if the apples taste too sour. Dilute it in 1 tablespoon of water, then mix it with the diced apples along with the sugar and cinnamon. Spread everything on a wide microwave-safe plate and microwave for about 15-20 minutes at 800W. Meanwhile, mix the custard with the milk according to the package instructions. When the apples are ready, divide them into serving bowls, let them cool slightly, and then pour the custard over them. Crumble the biscuits and scatter them on top. For non-vegan friends, you can add a dash of eggnog.
