- 1 tsp cocoa (baking cocoa)
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp agave syrup

Cut the peeled banana in half lengthwise and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Then, add 1 teaspoon (3g) of cocoa powder to a small bowl and very carefully add tap water drop by drop until you have a slightly runny chocolate sauce. Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of agave syrup for sweetening. Pour the chocolate sauce over the banana and warm it for a few seconds in the microwave at medium heat.
