Microwave applesauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Applesauce ready in 7 minutes

Peel, core, and quarter the apples. Cover and cook with sugar and cinnamon (to taste) and 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe container for about 5-6 minutes at 600 watts. Let cool slightly, then puree finely. It tastes great, is ready super quickly, and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three to four days.
