Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of raspberries, fresh
- 2 small nectarines, diced
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 4 tbsp spelt flakes
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp almond(s), coarsely chopped
- 3 dl milk (oat milk)
- 3 tbsp oat cream
- 1 tbsp jam (raspberry jam)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the oat flakes, spelt flakes, flaxseed, and oat bran with the oat milk and raspberry jam and let it sit for about 15 minutes. If the consistency is still too thick, add a little more oat milk. Then stir in the oat cream and almonds. Finally, add the nectarine cubes, followed very carefully by the raspberries.
