Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes, approx. 50 g
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • possibly quinoa, popped
  • possibly almond(s)
  • possibly banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

simple healthy breakfast to prepare

Mix all ingredients in a watertight container. Top with some fruit, quinoa pops, and almonds. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning.
