  • n. B. Salt
  • Sunflower oil for the pan

Instructions

Potato pancakes or potato pancakes, many names for one dish and very inexpensive, egg-free, flour-free

No flour, no eggs, no onions. Peel the potatoes and grate them into a bowl or finely slice them. Heat oil in a pan and, using a tablespoon, place several Daschi (potatoes) side by side in the pan and fry until crispy. Cranberries, applesauce, or sauerkraut make good side dishes. Tip: Leftover potato dumplings can be frozen and grilled later when needed.
