Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp, heaped white cane sugar
  • ½ lime(s), juice
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 50 ml rum (Havana Club 3 years)
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

the Cuban classic

In a thick cylindrical glass, add the cane sugar and lime juice. Add the mint and fill with the mineral water. Mash the mint with a muddler, then add the rum and ice cubes. Stir and add a straw.
