Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 250 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

with buttermilk

Combine flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix. Pour buttermilk into a saucepan and heat until lukewarm. Then add it to the flour and knead with a mixer until a dough forms. Cover the bowl with a towel, place it in a warm place, and let it rise for at least 4 hours. Knead the dough again, place it on a baking sheet, and roll it out. Then let it rise for another 15-20 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings.
