Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled salt
- ½ tsp, leveled sugar
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 175 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
for 1 baking tray
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast. Add water and oil, then knead until smooth. Form the dough into a ball and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Knead the dough again and roll it out onto a floured or oiled baking sheet. Top the pizza dough as desired and bake on the lowest rack at 250 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
