Swiss chard baked with Roquefort

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g chard
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 150 g Roquefort
  • Sprinkled seasoning (yeast sprinkled seasoning)
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Trim the chard and separate the leaves from the stems. Blanch the stems in lightly salted water for about 8 minutes and the leaves for about 2 minutes. Drain and place in a greased, shallow baking dish. Crumble the Roquefort over the top. Mix the yeast mixture with the cream and pour over the top. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with brown rice.
