Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 grapefruit(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 handful of spinach, e.g. leaf spinach

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan, easy and quick

First, puree the two oranges and the grapefruit. Then, peel or cut the apple into pieces and puree it along with the banana and kiwi. Wash the spinach and puree it last.
