Banana-Mandarin Lassi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small banana(s), approx. 90 g
  • 3 tangerines
  • 200 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder
  • 2 pinches of cardamom powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the yogurt into a blender. Peel the banana, break it into pieces, and add it. Juice the mandarins and add the juice and pulp to the yogurt. Season with turmeric and cardamom powder. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
