Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- ¼ liter milk, lukewarm
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
with egg and milk
Place flour in a bowl. Add salt and dry yeast. Mix well, preferably with a food processor. Add milk, egg, and 4-5 tablespoons of oil. Knead until the dough pulls away from the edges. Add a little more milk if the mixture is too dry. Then let the dough rise for 2-3 hours at room temperature. Tip: If time is short, let it rise in the oven at 50°C for 3/4 to 1 hour.
