Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 gr. can/n chickpeas
- 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 4 tbsp peanut oil
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, bianco
- salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Vegan
In a bowl, mix the oil and vinegar well. Drain the chickpeas thoroughly in a sieve and add them to the bowl. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash and dice the bell pepper. Peel and finely dice the onion. Add all ingredients to the bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add fresh herbs, if desired.
