simple overnight oats

For the oats, mix the oats with the cinnamon and pour into a glass. Now fill with hot water until the oats are covered. Add apple puree and yogurt and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Let stand overnight. For the granola, mix the remaining oats, seeds and/or nuts with the cinnamon. Heat the coconut oil in a pan, add the mixture and fry gently for about 10 minutes. Then carefully add the maple syrup and let the mixture caramelize a little. Now let the whole thing cool. To keep the granola crispy on the oats, only pour it on just before eating.
