Raisin rolls made from quark and oil dough

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g raisins
  • some milk
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

delicious for breakfast or as a snack in between

Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Whisk together the quark, oil, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually stir into the quark mixture. Then stir in the raisins. Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with a little milk. Bake in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
