Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) bread(s), fresh
  • 2 medium-sized beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • Seasoning salt, tomato-mozzarella-
  • Herbs of Provence, dried
  • 3 dashes olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tomato-mozzarella

Place the slices of bread on a large plate. Slice the tomatoes and spread them generously on the bread. Season with the herbs de Provence. (I put them in a spice grinder, so they get extra fine…) Slice the drained mozzarella and spread them on top of the tomatoes. (I always cover all the tomatoes with the mozzarella.) Season again with the tomato and mozzarella seasoning. Slice the peeled onion into thin rings and spread them on top of the mozzarella. Now drizzle a few drops of olive oil over the whole thing, and it’s ready to serve.
