Zucchini and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ zucchini
  • 2 mushrooms
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 shots of balsamic vinegar
  • possibly chili
  • Salt
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

as a side dish for grilling or pasta or as a main course

First, slice the mushrooms and zucchini, and thinly slice the onions. Then, add the oil to a pan, add the vegetables, and sauté over high heat. After 5-7 minutes, add the salt. Then, add the balsamic vinegar to the pan and stir everything together. Finally, add chili, if desired. Then, simmer for a few more minutes.
