Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- 50 g walnuts
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 10 leaves of basil and parsley, each
- olive oil
- 500g spaghetti
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 36 minutes
Rinse the wild garlic, basil, and parsley and shake them dry. Roughly chop the herbs. Lightly toast the walnuts and add them to the blender with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and mix everything together. If you like, you can also fry some bacon and mix it into the pasta.
