Quick carrot salad with garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, levelled honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

easy to prepare and yet exceptionally delicious!

Finely grate the carrots using a grater or food processor. Finely dice the onion and add the garlic (chopped, grated, or pressed) to the carrots. Now add the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and honey, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well, let it stand for a moment, and serve chilled.
