Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g almond milk (almond drink)
- 100 g millet
- 1 tbsp, heaped almonds, ground
- n. E.g. coconut blossom sugar or coconut blossom syrup

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grind the millet in a coffee grinder and combine with the ground almonds and almond milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When the mixture thickens, remove the pot from the heat and let it swell a little longer. Season to taste. Ladle into bowls or glasses and serve with fruit compote, for example.
