Fish Fillet Wrapped As Candy on Bed of Vegetables
The perfect fish fillet wrapped as candy on bed of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 fresh Fresh fish fillet (of your choice)
- 1 half Lemon fresh the juice
- 1 size Carrot
- 1 half big Parsnip fresh
- 1 middle piece Leeks / leeks
- 4 whole black Olives with stone
- 1 small piece Parsley root
- 1 Piece (cover and base) Red pepper strips
- 6 little brown Mushrooms
- 1 small piece Fresh celery
- 2 Teaspoon. Cold pressed olive oil
- Salt, + pepper a.d.M.
- Pertersilie fresh or frozen
- 3 piece Baking paper
Preparations
- Clean and peel the vegetables and cut into pieces of equal size. Please preheat the oven to 200 fan speed. Prepare a small baking pan.
Fold parchment paper
- I put 2 strips lengthways on top of each other and one across. Put the chopped vegetables as a bed, drizzle the fish with a little lemon juice, seasoned with salt and pepper. put the fish fillet on the vegetable bed. Put the olives next to it, a teaspoon of olive oil over it. Now close tightly. like candy.
- Put the mold in the oven. Slowly it smells wonderful, the vegetables still have a bite to them. Serve and pour the second teaspoon of olive oil over it. Enjoy.
