Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken fillets
- 1 Zucchini
- 0,5 Yellow pepper
- 0,5 Red pepper
- 8 Tomatoes small
- 8 Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Mozzarella
- 100 ml Cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- Salt and pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- 1 Msp Crushed red pepper
- 3 cm Tomato paste
- Herbal mixture Italian
Instructions
- First, mix the cream with the milk, bring it to the boil with the mentioned spices and season it to your own taste, the sauce should taste strong. Put aside
- Clean the vegetables and finely dice them. Cut the chicken into large cubes and place in an ovenproof dish. Spread all the vegetables evenly on top. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and distribute on top. Now spread the tomato sauce over it.
- Now cook in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. We ate Ebly with it, but it also tastes good with rice or a delicious baguette.
