Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 400 g flour
  • ¼ liter milk, warm
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Put the flour in a bowl. Crumble half the yeast cube and place it in the middle of the bowl on top of the flour. Pour the warm milk over the yeast. Then add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything with a mixer (dough hook) until you have a smooth dough. Add a little more milk if necessary. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Then knead thoroughly again – this is best done with your hands. Roll out the dough and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Top with toppings of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 25-30 minutes (top/bottom heat) or 15-20 minutes (convection oven).
