Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml kefir
- 1 large organic orange(s) (peeled approx. 200 g)
- 1 carrot(s), organic
- 1 tsp, leveled turmeric powder
- 1 small piece(s) of ginger root

Peel the ginger and cut two slices about 1 mm thick. Wash the orange thoroughly, dry it, and cut off a few small strips of peel. Then peel the orange and cut into pieces. Remove any seeds. Wash the carrot thoroughly and slice it to ensure easy processing in the blender. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend thoroughly. Tips: If you make your own kefir with a kefir mushroom, you can use that here. If you have fresh turmeric, peel about 2-3 cm of the fresh root and slice it. Then blend it instead of the turmeric powder. If you like it spicier, feel free to use more ginger.
