Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small avocado(s), ripe, or half a large avocado
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger
  • 1 m.-large Pepper
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, Greek
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low-carb

Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon and then dice it. Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and finely chop the peppers. Combine the yogurt, avocado flesh, and bell peppers in a bowl. Peel the ginger and finely chop or grate it, then add it. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and mix well.
