- 200 g mushrooms
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Thyme
- Cayenne pepper

Clean the mushrooms and halve them. Peel the onion and dice them finely. Peel and halve the garlic cloves. Place everything on a baking sheet and place it on the top rack of the oven. Grill on the grill (highest setting) for about 12 minutes, until the mushrooms are free of moisture and the onions are nice and soft. Chop the vegetables in a food processor and add the quark. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, thyme, cayenne pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
