Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g almond milk (almond drink)
  • 75 g natural yogurt, low-fat e.g. 1.8%
  • 150 g berries, frozen
  • 10 drops of Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple, quick, delicious, enjoy this healthy refreshment.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little yogurt, if desired, to prevent it from becoming too runny, and serve immediately. You can also pour into ice cream molds and place back in the freezer for at least another hour.
