Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 4 kiwis
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • n. B. coconut blossom sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh. Peel and roughly chop the kiwis and banana. Puree the avocado, kiwi, and banana with the lime juice and season with coconut blossom sugar, if desired. Ladle the cream into bowls or glasses and serve.
