Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 350 g dark chocolate chips
- 500 g marshmallow(s), medium-sized
- 400 g wholemeal butter biscuits
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For kitchen and campfire
In the oven: First, preheat the oven to 220°C. Spread the chocolate chips evenly on the bottom of a 28cm baking or casserole dish. Place the marshmallows on top. Heat in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the marshmallows begin to melt and the surface is nicely browned. Finally, place the chocolate marshmallows one at a time on a shortbread cookie and a second one on top. Campfire: Simply roast the marshmallows over the fire. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a pan over the fire. Then simply dip the finished marshmallows in the chocolate, place them between two cookies, and eat.
