Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 7 g egg substitute powder
  • 1 g salt
  • 50 g mineral water
  • 200g tofu
  • 100 g flour
  • 30 g oil for frying
  • 5 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the egg substitute powder with salt and sparkling water. Crumble in the tofu and mix everything together. Gradually add the flour and mix until the surface is dry. Fry the mixture in a pan with oil. Optionally, add sugar. The macronutrient ratios may vary depending on the amount of oil and sugar. Tip: Less oil and no sugar is healthier. This is especially suitable for breakfast.
