Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 2 servings of Mie noodles
- 3 slices of smoked ham
- 2 eggs
- 2 spring onions
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- curry powder
- Soy sauce
- pepper
- Sweet Chili Sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
for after work
Prepare the chicken broth in a saucepan according to the package instructions. Continue to simmer on the stove over medium heat. Slice the spring onions, ham, and bell pepper into rings or strips and add. Crack the eggs and add them. Prepare the mie noodles in the soup according to the package instructions. Season with plenty of soy sauce, a little curry powder, and pepper. Sweet chili sauce goes very well with this.
