Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 2 kg minced meat, half and half
  • 10 thick onions, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 cans of oxtail soup
  • 4 cans of water
  • 1 large bottle(s) of tomato ketchup
  • 5 small cans of tomato paste
  • 1 small can of pineapple, chopped
  • 3 small cans of tomatoes and peppers with juice
  • 2 cans of mushrooms with juice
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ideal for the next party

Season the minced meat and onions with salt and pepper and fry in a large pot. Then add the remaining ingredients to the minced meat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Serve hot.
