Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 2 kg minced meat, half and half
- 10 thick onions, diced
- salt and pepper
- 4 cans of oxtail soup
- 4 cans of water
- 1 large bottle(s) of tomato ketchup
- 5 small cans of tomato paste
- 1 small can of pineapple, chopped
- 3 small cans of tomatoes and peppers with juice
- 2 cans of mushrooms with juice
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Ideal for the next party
Season the minced meat and onions with salt and pepper and fry in a large pot. Then add the remaining ingredients to the minced meat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Serve hot.
