Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese with horseradish
  • possibly pure cream cheese (200 g, then only 200 g horseradish cream cheese)
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 10 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious snack

First, cut the salmon into approximately 1 cm pieces, mix with the cream cheese and orange juice. If you like, you can replace half of the horseradish cream cheese with plain cream cheese. Spread the mixture onto the slices of toast, fold two slices together, and cut diagonally.
