Crostini with salmon cream

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pepper, white
  • Salt
  • dill
  • 12 slice(s) white bread, thinly sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs. Finely chop the salmon with a knife. Finely chop the gherkins and capers. Mix everything with crème fraîche and season to taste. Toast the white bread until golden brown, spread with the paste, and serve.
