Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • n. B. Dill
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 12 slices of baguette

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the shallot, dice the salmon, and mix with the ricotta. Season the salmon cream with mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toast the baguette until golden brown. Spread with the cream and serve.
