Cheesecake with Whipped Cream and Caramelized Oranges and Lemons

The perfect cheesecake with whipped cream and caramelized oranges and lemons recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Cheesecake:

Ground:

  • 125 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Covering:

  • 500 g Quark
  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding
  • 0,5 Pc. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 3 Pc. Protein

Accompaniment:

  • Whipped cream
  • 200 g Sugar
  • Lemon wedges
  • Orange slices

Cheesecake:

  1. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add the egg. Mix the salt, flour and baking powder and sieve on the dough. Mix everything well with the dough hook. Then line the oiled shape.
  2. For the topping, mix together the quark, pudding, lemon juice, oil, sugar and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Then fold under the mass. Let the topping slide onto the floor. Bake at 170 degrees for about 1 hour.

Accompaniment:

  1. Whip the cream until frothy. Heat the sugar in the pan. Slide in the lemon and orange slices and caramelize in the sugar on both sides.
