Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml orange juice (blood), freshly squeezed
- 100 g sugar
- 1 sheet of red gelatin
- 20 ml grenadine
- 2 cl orange liqueur
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Soak the gelatin in the orange juice, add the sugar, and heat the juice. Stir in the grenadine and liqueur. Allow to cool and freeze in an ice cream maker. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a bowl, place it in the freezer, and stir every 20 minutes until frozen.
