Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g wheat flour type 405 or spelt flour type 630
- 6 g baking powder, approx. 1 tsp
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 50 g water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- some cheese, e.g. Gouda
- some cooked ham, chopped
- Oil for the pan

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, knead the dough ingredients. Then, take a small ball of dough and flatten it, stretching it slightly if necessary. Place some filling (e.g., Gouda cheese and sliced cooked ham) on the dough and fold the dough together, pressing the edges together. Place the dough pieces in a hot pan with a little oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Alternatively, the flat dough pieces can also be pan-fried without the filling. Both taste great.
