  • 50 g water

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • some cooked ham, chopped
  • Oil for the pan

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, knead the dough ingredients. Then, take a small ball of dough and flatten it, stretching it slightly if necessary. Place some filling (e.g., Gouda cheese and sliced ​​cooked ham) on the dough and fold the dough together, pressing the edges together. Place the dough pieces in a hot pan with a little oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Alternatively, the flat dough pieces can also be pan-fried without the filling. Both taste great.
