- 4 large carrots
- 2 stalk(s) leeks, thick
- ¾ celeriac, large
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 stalks of lovage
- 500 g sea salt, coarse

Broth powder without fat and additives – super seasoning salt
Puree the vegetables and herbs in a blender and mix the puree with the sea salt. Spread this paste on a baking sheet and dry it in an oven at 50 degrees Celsius for several hours (7-9 hours, depending on thickness and moisture content). Once cooled, grind the dried pulp in a mortar and pestle – your homemade stock powder is ready, without fat or additives!
