Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 egg(s)
- 400 g minced meat (mixed)
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, rinse well, and peel them. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and garlic and knead well. Wrap the eggs in the minced meat, coat in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs, and fry in hot butter. Halve the eggs lengthwise and serve.
